  1. Hello sir I m pursuing BBA and l want to learn Japanese language too sir suggest good institute for me and also suggest how placement done.

    1. There are plenty of good Japanese Institutes in Delhi/NCR. MOSAI and JP Foundation are two good options. You can visit few and decide as per location, fees, learning environment. Few institutes might offer some information regarding new job opening but there is no placement. You have to apply or find a job on own. Aim for JLPT N2 in 3 years!

  2. Hello sir,
I’m urvashi and my question is i have applied for french language short term course from Hindu college. and my percentage 72% in 12th class . What you think sir i will get admission form there or not.

  3. Sir i have completed 11th and 12th from Japan. I am an Indian Girl with OISCA Scholarship which will be completed by March 2019. I want to know best colleges in India to continue my studies.

    1. For different subjects, there will be different sets of so called “best college”. It will depend on your interest, choice of subject and where you want to study. For Languages – JNU, DU, Jamia, Mumbai University, Pune University, BHU, Kolkata University, etc. are some of the best Universities in India.

  4. Sir I am doing BA graduation, and i want to learn Japanese, where I can take admission, best college or institute? Also what will be the average payscale if I learn Japanese language in next 3-4 years.

    1. You could have applied for Certificate in Japanese from DU Colleges. Advanced Diploma is possible in 3 years. Now, you can try Mosai or JP foundation or any private institute. Try to complete N2/N1 in next 3-4 years. Generally, the entry level salary is 20-30k / month and i also know few Japanese experts who are making more than 20 lakh per annum. Salary depends on several factors including knowledge, experience and types of job.

  5. Hello Sir,

I am a mechanical engineer with prior work experience. However, due to personal reasons, I had to take a job gap for couple of years. Now, I am back and intend to learn a foreign language mainly for increasing my job prospects.

I have shortlisted German and Japanese. Which one would you recommend? I have no special propensity for either language. My objective is to get a job and get in the market. Course should be oriented towards that instead of any academic career in the language. German market seem to be getting saturated. I may be wrong.

Your insights will be helpful. Kindly mention the institute as well. Thanks.

  6. Hello Sir. I’ve done my Bachelors in English literature from DU, ARSD College. I wanted to go for MA in the same but couldn’t get in anywhere on time. I have a year to pursue a foreign language until i apply for MA again next year (unless my mind changes). Could you suggest me what language i should apply for and from where since all the embassy affiliated institutes have closed down their admissions until December. The difficulty level is not an issue since i have a year to give it all my attention.

  7. I want to ask you that which language course is in demand? Can you suggest me the right one and the best one?

      1. SIR, I am preparing JLPT from Mosai Institute and cleared N5. I am preparing for N4, N3, N2, N1 from Japanese College. How is my Japanese? Fluent or Basic? Please suggest.

  8. Hello Sir,
I am Radhika. I have 72% in 12th boards. I am looking forward to learn Japanese language in Delhi. Can you suggest me what will be the best for me ? If you can suggest some other course where I can get admission, it will be great help.

    1. For Japanese, you can try Mosai or JP Foundation. They run several batches every year and anyone can take admission. With the limited information you provided, it is difficult to suggest something on my own. You can email me.

  9. Sir . Is there any age limit for language courses? I am 42 years old. But wanted to learn Japanese language. Which institute will be best for me ? Please advise. Thanks

    1. NO, there is no age limit. There are several good centres offering Japanese course in Delhi. You can try MOSAI or JP Foundation.

    1. You can apply in SGTB Khalsa, St. Stephen’s and Ramjas College for Certificate in Japanese. Admission procedure is going to close soon. So apply now if interested.

  10. In India, can you do MA Japanese after Advanced Diploma? And what is the level of Japanese in Advanced diploma and MA? Is MA Japanese N3, N2 or N1?

    1. Yes though Admission is mainly through entrance test. MA in Japanese would be close to N2/N1. However, both are totally different. JLPT is more about Japanese language skills whereas MA is a degree course and primarily focus on Japanese culture, civilization, history, literature and only some part of syllabus is related to Advanced language. There are very few University in India from where you can pursue MA in Japanese. DU, JNU, EFLU Hyderabad are few options.

    1. SGTB Khalsa, St. Stephen’s, Lakshmibai, Daulat Ram and Ramjas College offer 1 year part-time certificate course in Japanese. Admission is going on and after completing the course, candidates will earn Certificate in Japanese.

        1. Different Colleges have different fees structure. Contact the respective College. St. Stephen’s College Certificate in Japanese fees is Rs. 17,000.
