There are many private institutes, such as VIOL, VIFL, or you can find a French teacher for online classes. Later on, you can take the DELF exam as an external candidate.

The cost will vary depending on which educational institutions you choose. It might take three years to achieve an upper intermediate level in French or Arabic. For French, you can visit Alliance Française, whereas, for Arabic, you can try part-time programs in one of the Universities like EFL, Osmania, or Hyderabad University.

    Hello Sir,

I have studied BSc in 2008 (not completed, technically I have completed 10+2) and after that started working for Print packing (designing) in Pharmaceutical companies (nearly 8 years of experience in the same domain). Now I would like to study German language. Please suggest how to proceed? (Do I need to go for 3 yr. regular degree to get a job in Germany). Your suggestion will help me a lot.

    Regards,
    Rajesh

Fluency in German does not guarantee to move to Germany. You need some other skills since everyone speaks German in Germany. The College degree is not compulsory. You can join Goethe-Zentrum in Hyderabad to complete B2/C1 Zertifikat Deutsch if you want to get a decent paying job.

Both are fine. Spanish is easier than Mandarin. If your time-horizon is not more than 1-3 years, choose Spanish.
